Surveys Begin
A random set of 5% of backers from each tier will get the survey; this is called a SMOKE TEST and helps us gather feedback and make sure nothing is broken. This is a big campaign with a lot of pieces, so we want to make sure it's perfect!
This survey is where you can make selections, add add-ons, and give us your shipping information.
Once 60% of them have responded, Backerkit will allow us to send out the rest of the surveys. So please take time to fill yours out completely, if you receive one of the smoke tests!

Moving Forward!

Hello everyone! We have a few updates on our CATAN Masterpiece Series project.
At the highest level, everything is moving forward as planned.
Production Progress
All molds have been ordered and are in production! This is a huge step, and once done, we will do final samples and signoffs and then start production.
Tariffs
First off, there is no risk that we are not fulfilling this project.
We’re keeping a close eye on the evolving tariff situation. We are exploring all potential safeguards, including the potential to move our molds and our production to a new region. This is uncharted territory for all of us, and all we can do is keep you in the loop with any information we have as soon as we have it.
Shipping Timeline
Our hope is to get product out by Christmas 2025. Some of this is up in the air due to the tariff situation and we will continue to adapt. Right now, with the molds in production, we are still on the original timeline.

We have been hard at work developing the pledge manager, and plan to send out surveys in the next 1–2 weeks. Please keep an eye on your inbox, as this is your chance to customize your order!

What's Next?
After a bit of a breather, our team is now hard at work setting up the Backerkit Pledge Manager survey. This is where we will get details from you, where you'll make any item selections, and where you can add on any additional items you may want.
We appreciate your patience as we fine-tune everything to ensure a smooth experience. We anticipate surveys to go out in the next few weeks if everything goes smoothly!

Neal has made the decision: Blue Wooden Frames WILL be made available as an option in the pledge manager survey! We don't have great photos of these as they were early prototypes, but due to overwhelming demand, they're back! Keep an eye out for the option in the survey!

What an exciting push to the finish!
New everything tier: The Emperor Tier
We have unlocked a new super tier, "Emperor," which will include one of everything plus a signed product from CATAN CEO Guido Teuber. For fans of Klaus, we thought this was a unique a special homage.
Ten of these will be made available!
Upcoming Unlocks
The beautiful rainbow number discs, one of my favorites, are next up for unlocks.
Other Updates
A number of people have asked about metal token sets for the artisan 5-6 expansion. We will make some extra metal token sets and work with fans who want to upgrade. We have not built out the pledge manager yet, so this may be a manual add on our end, but we are committed to trying to get everyone everything they want.
A number of fans have asked for painted blue wood frames. The minimum order quantity for these is 50 sets. If we get commitments via comments that close to that number are interested, we will make this option available.
The final unlocks of the homage casino-style dice are awesome, and we are hopeful to unlock them on the final day. Please help us by sending the campaign to your gaming friends; we appreciate the support!
